Shipping

 Any discrepancy in quantities shipped damaged, or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 2 days upon receipt of goods and require a Return Authorization Number received from the shipping manager in our Florida office. (email fantasiesinlace.cybernooky@gmail.com) Returns will not be accepted for garments, which have been worn. Non-defective products are subject to a 25.00% re-stocking fee. All returned products are evaluated thoroughly before a final decision is made.

Damaged items will be repaired or replaced. Write clearly the Authorization # on the outside of the box, or the box will be refused at the Receiving Warehouse. We will exchange damaged merchandise or issue a Credit Memo for the dollar amount within 30 days. WE DO NOT GIVE CASH REFUNDS.

BACKORDERS: We automatically backorder any item not shipped complete on you order unless you advise us to cancel a backorder item(s). Backorders not shipped within 60 days are automatically canceled

DISCREET SHIPPING: Discreet Plain Packaged Shipping: All of our products are shipped to you in sturdy plain, priority mail envelopes and boxes. There is no indication whatsoever as to what is inside the box. We ship all orders priority mail. Allow 2-5 working days from time you get the tracking number.

Cancellation of Orders. If you cancel your order it has to be cancelled within the same day. Once it is processed there is a 25% Cancellation fee imposed on all orders that are cancelled after the first day of the order..

Return Policy

Fantasiesinlace.com guarantees the quality of all of its products. All products are visually inspected before being shipped. Under no circumstances do we accept returns on any products. Any exchanges must first get authorization number. No exchanges will be accepted without one and the package will be returned to you if guidelines are not met.

Please understand that due to the nature of our products, once tried on they can not be exchanged or returned. If product is defective or damaged upon receipt then contact us for return authorization within 2 days of receipt of item.

Once authorization is given it must be sent back to us within 4 business days. Authorization Number must be on outside of package.

Upon receipt of damaged product we will exchange at no addtional cost to you. (this refers to damaged goods only). NO REFUNDS GIVEN. *Non-pick-up of orders:* If you do not pick-up your order from the post office and the order is sent back to us, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee, shipping is non-refundable.
